It’s the weekend!!! Start it with me at 121 Fitness Center!

This is an open level class free to members.

Non-members only $12 for the entire day which includes

• Locker room with lock, towel service and sauna

• All large group exercise classes,

Use of the facility with top pf the line equipment

I recommend arriving at 8 so you can put your coat and things away in the locker, warm up in the sauna, then meet me upstairs in Studio A for class. Afterwards take advantage of the state of the art equipment, maybe one more time in the sauna, shower and you are off to a great start for the rest of the weekend. Plus this neighborhood has many great choices for brunch!

No need to sign up in advance just show up and the friendly staff at the front desk will welcome you explaining where to go!

Parking is free in the Veale Parking Garage. Bring in your ticket to have it validated for 4 hours on the weekends.
