Welcome to Yoga in the country hosed by the lovely Dawna Deakins. Get out of the cold and come inside! This yoga class is for all levels and the focus each week will vary pending on YOU!

Yep! Its ALL ABOUT YOU! One week’s theme may be more on stretching and relaxing and another week may include some strength challenges while each session will finish with a feels so good relaxation. You never know what conversations will be sparked. Feel free to bring a journal for any ah ha thoughts and revelations.
